The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 300 each up to 1200 each maximum of a FUEL CONTROL, MAIN T, NSN: 2915-01-587-7242, Part Number: 4046T52G42 applicable to the BN T 701C (UH-60/AH-64A) weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 300 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 300 each, 338 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY, CAGE CODE: 99207 and WOODWARD INCORPORATED, CAGE CODE 66503. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
