- The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 10/23/2013. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one time at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 2 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data. Thus, the Government intends to solicit and contract with providers of the approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). The approved sources are as follows: Cage #1LQK8 AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES, INC. P/N: 33321-60057 First Article Testing is not required. Inspection/Acceptance is at destination. FOB destination. The final award decision will be based upon several evaluation factors: price, delivery, past performance and any additional factors as described in the solicitation. All interested suppliers may submit an offer in the English language and U.S. currency. Market research has indicated this item is not commercial. Therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. UNRESTRICTED This solicitation contains DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA).
