- Description
- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-01-096-0895) for a BEARING, ROLLER, ROD END. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. This item is manufactured to a "THE BOEING COMPANY (CAGE: 77272) DRAWING: 114CS103 REVISION N & ADCN 12, 13 & 14, P/N: 114CS103-4 Source Controlled Drawing." Approved Source: REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC (CAGE 77896) P/N 114CS103-4. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Urestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 135 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 447 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 224 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 224 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 447 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 22 OCT 13 (anticipated closing date of 14 OCT 13), anticipated award date is NOVEMBER 30, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM DIBBS web ‐ site: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Reverse Auction may be conducted.
