Description

RFQ 203938-203932 Adams and Associates, Inc. contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of Atterbury and IndyPendence Job Corps Center is currently soliciting written bids for the purchase of 500 winter jackets. All bids must be received by Wednesday, October 30, 2013 by 3:00 p.m. to be considered. Quotes received after the deadline and/or without all requeted documentation will not be considered. If your quote deviates from specifications in any way, such exceptions must be noted on bid sheet. Submitted bid will show at minimum breakdown as follows: Cost per coat by size Manufacturer an model/style # of coat quoted Printed name and signature of authorized person submitting bid Bids may be emailed to: gushwa.patty@jobcorps.org, faxed to: 812-314-6021, or mailed to: Atterbury Job Corps Center Attn Patty Gushwa 1025 A Hospital Road P O Box 187 Edinburgh IN 46124 Bids must be valid for 90 days. Adams and Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bids and select the bid deemed most responsible. Atterbury Job Corps Center is a federally funded facility and entitled to GSA pricing.
