- WAGE RATES BPA solicitation and evaluation information This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached hereto. A copy of the BPA to be awarded is also enclosed. This purchase is a WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE WITH LOCAL AREA PREFERENCE. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561492 with a small business size standard of $14 M. The proposed contract action is for a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for COURT REPORTING / TRANSCRIPTION SERVICES / VIDEO RECORDING AND ASSOCIATED SERVICES. All requirements for this action are contained in the RFQ attached. Vendors must comply with all requirements of the solicitation in order to be considered. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
