Description

This is a market survey for 250 each, semiconductor device, NSN 5961-01-479-3227, for delivery to the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Known part numbers are 635A716H01 (Northrop Grumman) and 589R131H01 (Powerex). Other part numbers that are equal to or better than the known part numbers and meet form, fit, function criteria are acceptable. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from all businesses capable of providing the requested part. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement - This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm, Verification of registration in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) is current. Number of years in business. Part number and manufacturer that would be offered. Please respond by providing the requested information and submitting a filled-out and signed copy of the Business Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). All responses to this market survey must be received by Thursday, October 24, 2013, 2:00 p.m. CST.
