- J&A MONACO TRANCEIVERS The purpose of this Justification and Approval (J&A) is to authorize less than br greater than obtaining equipment from a single source to support Task Order performance less than br greater than under project entitled quote mark Replacement of Fire Alarm System, Transformers and less than br greater than Repair of Manholes and the Sewer Outfall, Yakima Training Center, Yakima, less than br greater than Washington quote mark [specifically anticipated for execution as a Task Order less than br greater than against Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) W912DW-13-D-1003]. Under less than br greater than this Task Order, the contractor will be required to replace the obsolete less than br greater than Monaco Fire Alarm & Mass Notification BT-2 and BT-4 transceivers at Yakima less than br greater than Training Center with new Monaco BT-X transceivers to support the less than br greater than installation's existing Monaco Enterprises' D-21 Radio Alarm System less than br greater than (herein after referred to as the Monaco D-21 System). The current Monaco less than br greater than BT-2 and BT-4 transceivers which report fire panel alarms to the Monaco less than br greater than D-21 System must be replaced with new Monaco transceivers as the existing less than br greater than transmitters have become obsolete and the installation can no longer less than br greater than obtain components for the panels.
