- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: James Hetzel, Mechanical Engineer, 443-861-2947 james.p.hetzel.civ@mail.mil The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources to provide technical support services (including repair services, reset services, and technical services) immediately upon contract award, for the following BAE (CAGE Code 7P325) parts: NSN:5895-01-615-8269, P/N:8469592-1, PROCESSOR, SIGNAL NSN:5998-01-619-0557, P/N:8475426-1, GENERAL PURPOSE PROCESS CARD MODULE NSN:5895-01-619-0550, P/N:8475422-1, ETHERNET SWITCH MODULE ASSY NSN:5998-01-618-9827, P/N:8475423-1, DUAL PPC MODULE ASSY NSN:5998-01-618-9726, P/N:8475424-1, MIO MODULE ASSY NSN:5895-01-618-9783, P/N:8475425-1, VHF/UHF TUNER MODULE ASSY NSN:5998-01-619-0725, P/N:8475426-2, GENERAL PURPOSE PROCESS CARD MODULE NSN:5998-01-619-0902, P/N:11-1901026, BYPASS SLOT BOARD NSN:6120-01-613-2469, P/N:8464662-1, POWER SUPPLY, SPU NSN:6120-01-613-5058, P/N:8464662-2, POWER SUPPLY, SPU NSN:5995-01-613-9370, P/N:8473078-1, SPU/RFD CABLE SET NSN:5995-01-613-9347, P/N:8473079-1, SPU/RFD CABLE SET The services are to be provided on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis, with a period of performance of 5 years. The contractor shall provide technical support for the BAE Box to Government and Government-support personnel within and outside of the United States. The BAE Box and its component parts are produced by BAE, the sole source provider. BAE possesses detailed and complete technical data for BAE Box. The Government only possesses system-level performance specifications and incomplete technical data related to components of the BAE Box. Required services include inspect, test, repair, verify, preserve, package, mark, and ship parts; satisfy Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements; comply with security requirements, up to and including TOP SECRET; submit Contract Manpower Reporting data; provide on-call technical support; track, manage, and maintain any provided Government Furnished Property; and provide, as required, configuration change documentation. All interested potential sources must prepare a response (in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, rich text or text format) no greater than 10 pages in length, specifying their ability to service the above listed NSNs, as required by the US Government. Include knowledge of the EMARSS weapon system, and past history in support of this system at a minimum.
