Description

This is an annual synopsis for Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-11-G-A300, with Orbit Instruments Corp., and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP-WSS for the period of evaluation of 23 November 2012 to 23 November 2013, for the evaluation and repair components of the AN/UYQ-21 weapon system repaired by Orbit. The complete list of all items to be repaired is attached. Any questions concerning this notice contact, Frank DuBeck, 717-605-5937. Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapon System. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP_WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
