Description

RFQ TB2014-002 - Sections A - K THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Contractor to provide sidewalk replacement CONSTRUCTION services at the USPHS Indian Health Service - Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Chinle, AZ, 86503. The Government reserves the right to issue a single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, the following factors will be considered: past performance and price reasonableness. The socio-economic status of an offeror may also be considered, should one or more quotes represent the best value. To be eligible for award of a contract under this solicitation offerors must complete online and have an active registration in System for Award Management database and have no Active Exclusions. Any offer over $30,000.00 will not be considered. Refer to Attached Solicitation.
