Description

Upgrade the fence of the Mental Health Courtyard on Building 148 at the VA Black HIlls Medical Center in Fort Meade, SD. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and replace flooring materials as identified in Building 148 located at the VA Black Hills Medical Center in Fort Meade, SD, Sioux Falls VA Medical Center, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, South Dakota 57741. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation (when available) and all applicable local and VA codes. Solicitation Number VA263-13-Q-0059 for this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about November 7th, 2013. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. See solicitation for information regarding site visit. Bids are tentatively scheduled to be due on December 4th, 2013 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date). The Period of Performance is expected to be approximately 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is expected to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
