Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Morgantown Delineated Area: The City Limits of Morgantown, West Virginia Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,651 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,283 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Employee and visitor parking should adhere to local zoning code for parking spaces required per square foot of office space. Exterior parking area should have a minimum illumination of 1 foot-candle. Parking for the disabled must be located within the same block. Parking Spaces (Reserved): Two on site Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Option Term: One renewal option for 5 years. Additional Requirements: Columns must be located no less than 20 feet from any wall or other column. A minimum of two elevators or acceptable alternatives are required if the space is above the first floor. Contiguous space is preferred, but not required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire protection and life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
