The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus a one year ordering period. The Best Estimated Quantity (hereafter referred to as "BEQ") of repairs for Receiver-Transmitters with NSN 5841-01-363-2767SO required by the government is 41 EA. for the basic year and 41 EA. for the ordering period. The BEQ of Beyond Economical Repair for Receiver-Transmitters with NSN 5841-01-363-2767SO required by the government is 3 EA. for the basic year and 3 EA. for the ordering period The BEQ of repairs for Receiver-Transmitters with NSN 5841-01-267-5934SO required by the government is 3 EA. for the basic year and 3 EA. for the ordering period. Destination: various locations; destination shall be specified on each task order. Routine Delivery for all items other than Receiver-Transmitters with NSN 5841-01-363-2767SO : 45 days after receipt of order or reparable asset, whichever is later. Routine Delivery for Receiver-Transmitters with NSN 5841-01-363-2767SO : 60 days after receipt of order or reparable asset, whichever is later. SURGE/MICAP items shall be shipped within 30 workdays Turn Around Time from receipt of item or after receipt of order, whichever is later. This is a sole source requirement to Telephonics Corporation, 815 Broad Hollow Road, Farmingdale, NY 11735-3904.
