- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, intends to issue solicitation, W91247-14-T-0004 for an Army Doctrinal Design Methodology instruction and Planning training Seminar on or about 28 October 2013. The contractor shall provide two Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Instructors with a minimum of 10 years staff experience on a military staff at the Brigade level or below. The Instructors must have a Secret security clearance and a full understanding of the roles and responsibilities of all sections including but not limited to operations, logistics, administration, and intelligence. These SMEs will conduct classroom training on Army Design, 12 - 15 Nov 13 and will oversee a workshop on 18 - 22 Nov 13 with the result of a draft Design Concept for a scheduled deployment. The contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract beginning NLT 12 November 2013. NAICS code is 611430: Professional and Management Development Training. The size standard is $10M. The contract will be set-aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The solicitation can be viewed at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 28 October 2013 under solicitation number W91247-14-T-0004. Once the solicitation is posted, it is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offers received in response to the solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-2(a)( 2). Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offers meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. Offers are due on or about 04 November 2013 and award is anticipated before 07 November 2013.
