- This solicitation will contain one NSN (3120‐01‐101‐4185) for a Bushing, Sleeve. This solicitation is an indefinite delivery purchases order under commercial procedures I/A/W FAR 13.5. Approved source for this Dover Engineered Inc., (Cage 97613), and P/N number- SB5204-104. This item is Critical Application item, plus source control item. This item is being procured as Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. The required delivery for is 100 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 492 each. The IDPO will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 123 (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 123 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 492 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
