- JA The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Hybrid Systems, Inc. to provide Hybrid Systems' DBREPAIR software maintenance renewal for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Enterprise Services Directorate (ESD). The period of performance is a base year of December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2014, with option year one from December 1, 2014 through November 30, 2015 and with option year two from December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2016. The Hybrid Systems' DBREPAIR software maintenance renewal is only available from one sole provider. The Hybrid Systems' DBREPAIR software is proprietary to Hybrid Systems, Inc. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which may be considered by the agency.
