- Sources Sought Polaris part numbers This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. Please review the below Polaris part numbers and please provide us with any other sources and part numbers that are identical to, or are physically, mechanically, electrically, and functionally interchangeable with the Polaris part numbers cited in sources sought notice. Please also provide the location of the manufacturer (City and State or country if applicable) and documentation that the part number meets the above documentation. Please also provide Point of Contact for these manufacturers if available. Submittal Information All responsible sources are invited to respond. All information should be submitted to the buyer at the following address: DLA Land & Maritime-ZBA, 3990 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43218-3990; Email: Kenneth.Cotton@dla.mil; fax 614-693-1589. As this is only a request for information, companies may respond via email, fax or hard copy.
