Manufacturer's warranty - 2 years. 1 EA 2 9700GCX Pole stand w/ storage basket f/CMAC video laryngoscope monitor, use with 9700-CLP. Manufacturer's warranty - 2 years. 1 EA 3 9700-CLP Pole mounting clamp for TFT monitor. Manufacturer's warranty - 2 years. 1 EA 4 9700-CM-MAT Blue silicone mat w/ small diamond grid for 9700GCX pole stand wire basket. Manufacturer's warranty - 2 years. 1 EA 5 9700SH Scope holder for use w/ pole stand. Manufacturer's warranty - 1 year. 1 EA 6 9700TUBE/10 Pro-shield# protection tubes for flex intub scopes, SGL use, non-sterile, 10/pkg. Mfg warranty - 2 years. 4 EA 15 8402XA-ANES Extension cable for use with C-MAC monitor and C-HUB, length: 6 ft. Mfg warranty - 2 years. 1 EA A combined video laryngoscope/bronchoscope system is to be used at the new outpatient surgery center. Any vendor that feels that they have an "or equal" must have this equipment on NAC and have a NAC contract. Any vendors that plan to distribute for a vendor with a NAC contract, please include any authorized distributor documentation. No open market or GSA quotes will be accepted. The Government believes that only one business can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b) - access to proprietary information. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday, November 8, 2013 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
