The VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with MASIMO CORPORATION for the PRONTO 7T SPOT CHECK DEVICE WITH SpHbTr, Sp02,PR PI, that includes Rainbow 4D Spot Check Medium Sensor and Large Sensors with 500 test per sensor capabilities.. This requirement will include the following characteristics: Product Description Hand held hemoglobin spot check meter. Display/Indicators Date Display. SpO2%, pulse rate (PR) beats per minute, SpHb g/dL, PI%, battery level indicator, time, and number of test.
