Lexington Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,409 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,650 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 01 - Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: See below Procurement Summary A. Statement of Requirements: The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,409 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 2,650 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA). The proposed term of the lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) year firm term. The desired areas of consideration is the within the delineated area as noted above. Additional Requirements: -Proposed space must be contiguous. -Proposed space must have 24 hour/7 day week access. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. B. Projected Dates: Expressions of Interest Due: Friday, November 1, 2013 Market Survey (Estimated): To be determined at a later date Offers Due: To be determined at a later date Occupancy (Estimated): To be determined at a later date C. Required Information: Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above addresses by 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on November 1, 2013 and must include the following information: •· Building name, address and the location of the available space within the building. •· Legal Description •· Rentable square feet available, Percentage of Common Area Factor, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. •· ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. •· Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code; any costs associated with parking. •· Date of space available. •· Building ownership information. •· Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. •· List of building services provided.
