Description
Amendment #1 CC-GRCA003-15 This notice updates the prospectus issued by the National Park Service on August 6, 2013. Please note all potential Offerors should read Amendment #1 for both CC-GRCA003-15 and CC-GRCA001-15, as there is some information in each that may be of assistance in preparing a proposal to either solicitation. Business Opportunity, Page 7 Replace the following text: Trailer Village and Camper Services: The Concessioner will operate the 70-unit Trailer Village RV Campground, as well as the related Camper Services support facilities, which include public laundry and showers, and a quick service beverage and food service. With this text: Trailer Village and Camper Services: The Concessioner will operate the 80-unit Trailer Village RV Campground as well as the related Camper Services support facilities, which include public laundry and showers, and a quick service beverage and food service. Business Opportunity, Page 12 Replace the following text: 70-Site RV Campground with hookups With this text: 80-Site RV Campground with hookups Business Opportunity, Page 16 Add the following text: If the successful Offeror submits a proposal to renovate and use the historic Powerhouse building, and if the Service agrees, the Concessioner also will have the opportunity to provide additional visitor services in that location. The Concessioner must submit its information packet to the Service for review within 90 days following the effective date of the Contract, and thereafter as revised.
