- RFP Solicitation Packet The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide Pediatric Developmental and Behavioral Specialist at PIMC. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Government intends to award one Contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about October 25, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. You may submit a completed PDF copy to bradley.platerp@ihs.gov, however the original RFP package signed by you will need to be mailed. The RFP due date is close of business 2:00 pm, Phoenix, Arizona Time on November 08, 2013. Late proposals will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621111 and the Small Business Standard is $10 million.
