- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nevada City: Sparks Delineated Area: North: Interstate 80 South: Mill Street East: McCarran Blvd West: Hwy 395/580 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,570 Space Type: Office with storage (225 SF) Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Action : Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Action : for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Sparks, Nevada that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of interest welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of the agreement authorizing representation. Expression of Interest must include: · Building name and address and location of the available space within the building, including a one-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered · Rentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced · ABOA square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully service. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. · Date of space availability · Building ownership information (include authorization if not the owner) · Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any) · Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building · List of building services provided · Building, space, and parking accessibility in compliance with ABAAS · Building, space, and parking compliance with fire and life safety and seismic requirements.
