- Department of Veterans AffairsMemorandum Date:10/25/2013 Request for Information This is a Request for Information only. This is not a request for proposal, solicitation, or quote. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System is not seeking pricing or offerors of any kind. Not responding to this Request for Information does not preclude participation in any future, and potential solicitation, or request for proposal. It is the intent of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System to use this for market research purposes only. The Government seeks to lease the following warehouse requirements: "Minimum Sq. Ft : 50,000 "Maximum Sq. Ft: 80,000 "5,000 Sq. Ft must be climate control, or an agreement to install climate control. "Two restrooms male and female or an agreement to install. "Must possess a warehouse door at least 17 feet tall and 15 foot wide. "Loading dock must be a minimum of 3 feet for trucks loading and unloading. "Loading dock must have a hydraulic lift. "Prefer space that is located to support new VA Hospital which is located at Canal Street and Rocheblave Street in New Orleans. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 10/31/2013 at 1700hrs CST. All information submitted should support the offers capability to provide the warehouse required. Responses must be in writing, and provide clear, concise documentation, indicating that the required space meet the requirements listed. Emails are not to be in the excess of 5MB..
