- Description
- The project consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials and equipment to remove current substation and replace with 12.5KV medium voltage pad mounted transformers and power panels throughout Ensley Engineer Yard, 1726 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN. This project will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $33.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 238210. The estimated cost of the proposed work is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Solicitation will issue on/about 12 Nov 2013 and bid opening date will be on/about 12 Dec 2013.
