- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please submit a proposal for the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) under RFP W912DY-14-R-EIT1, for Various Levels of Support to the EITF. Proposals should be detailed, explicit, and should include supporting data in enough detail to permit a thorough review and analysis. Your proposal should outline your approach to fulfilling the requirements. The Government will evaluate all proposals received that are timely and may conduct discussions on any issue that may be necessary. Only one (1) company will be selected from this evaluation. If the Government and the Contractor can reach agreement during negotiations, the selected Contractor will be awarded a contract. Your firm's proposal may be submitted in either electronic format (.pdf preferred) or hardcopy. Request that your proposal is submitted no later than 3p.m. Central time, Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Failure to meet the deadline will preclude your firm from further consideration on this RFP. The latest proposal received before the deadline will be the proposal evaluated.
