- Map #1 and Map #2 as referenced in Advertisement.pdf of Procurement Summary/Ad U.S. GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S. Government currently occupies warehouse and related space in a building under lease in Perryville, MD and is considering entering into a succeeding lease, if deemed economically advantageous to the Government. The Government requires space, as described below: State:Perryville City:MD Delineated Area(s): DOD MAP #1(boundaries do not constitute driving directions and are merely representative of the boundaries of the delineated area) Beginning at the terminus of Sumpter Drive travelling east to Clayton St, Clayton Street to Cedar Corner Road, Cedar Corner Road to Route 40, East on Route 40 to Millcreek Rd. South on Mill Creek Rd to Philadelphia Road, Philadelphia Road to Chesapeake View Road following a straight line to Furnace Bay West along the water line to the terminus of Sumpter Rd. DOD Map #2 (boundaries do not constitute driving directions and are merely representative of the boundaries of the delineated area) Beginning where 95 meets Paradise Road travelling south to Old Robinhood Road Old Robinhood Road to Pulaski Hwy Pulaski Highway to Oakington Rd. Oakington Road to Tomber Ln. following in a straight line to Chesapeake Bay Following the Chesapeake Bay to the where High Point Rd would terminate at the waterline High Point Rd to Maryland Blvd Maryland Rd to Old Philadelphia Rd Old Philadelphia Rd. to Creswell Rd. Cresswell Rd to Rt 95 North to the Point of Beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):22,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):23,175 Space Type:Warehouse and Office Parking Spaces (Total):15 Parking Spaces (Surface):15 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):15 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:Building must have at least 50,000 square feet of adjacent paved exterior space that may be secured for outside storage. The Government will consider relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of interests must include the following information, which will be used to determine whether or not relocation is economically advantageous to the Government: •Building Name and Address •Location of available space in the building •Rentable square feet of space available and expected rental rate per square foot (fully-serviced). Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements •Date of space availability •Building ownership information •Amount of available parking and the cost per space; noting if the quoted rate per square foot includes the cost of required Government parking (if any) •Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building •List of building services provided in the rental rate Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 4:00 PM EST on the date indicated for receipt of Expressions of Interest below.
