Description

Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Netsmart Technologies, Inc. located at Great River, NY to provide service support for the company's proprietary software installed on the methadone dispensing machines located at the following locations: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare (WEST LA) 11301 Wilshire Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90073 VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center 16111 Plummer Street Los Angeles, CA 91343 VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center 351 East Temple Los Angeles, CA 90012 The procurement is for one year. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Contract is firm fixed price and the NAICS Code is 541511. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products or service, to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent via e-mail only to the Contracting Officer at brian.vanorman@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Network Contacting Office 22 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Netsmart Technologies, Inc.
