The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo NY 14215 and Albany Stratton VA Medical Center located at 113 Holland Ave., Albany NY 12208, intend to solicit for and award a firm fixed-price contract for Medical Laboratory Testing Services. The base period of performance for this contract would be from 1/1/2014 - 9/30/2014 with 4 possible option years. ONLY RESPONSES FROM ENTITIES REGISTERED AS SUCH IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (www.sam.gov) AND WITH A VALID DUN & BRADSTREET NUMBER AS WELL AS TAX ID NUMBER WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
