- The Mid-South Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO 9), is seeking information on eligible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) concerns whose primary NAICS code is 541310, in order to establish a standing list of eligible Architectural & Engineering firms that can be pursued for projects utilizing the short selection process for AE firms in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.602-5 (FAR 36.602-5). The intent of this notice is to maintain annually a database of firms desiring consideration for Government contracts. To be considered for architect-engineer contracts, a firm must respond to this notice by submission of the Standard Form 330 (SF 330), "Architect-Engineer Qualifications," Part I & II, and a copy of the acceptance letter received from the Center of Veterans Enterprises validating your status as veteran owned business concern. To be eligible for consideration, the VOSB firm must be: 1.Registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov 2.Registration in SAM must be inclusive of the offeror's Representation and Certification as a small business concern, as well as any exclusions listed 3.Registration with Duns and Bradstreet at www.dnb.com 4.Registration that is listed and viewable in the Vendor Information Pages at the Center for Veterans enterprises at www.vetbiz.gov 5.VETS100 registration must also be completed at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html Offer submissions will be reviewed and classified according to: a.Location b.Specialized Experience c.Professional Capabilities and d.Capacity Firms desiring to be considered must submit the necessary information via US Mail, FEDEX, UPS or special courier to Robley Rex VA Medical Center; c/o: Roxie Ann Keese, Contracting Officer, 800 Zorn Avenue; Louisville, KY 40206-1433. No emails or facsimiles will be accepted. This is not a Request For Proposal, but an attempt to perform Market Research for future AE projects eligible for procurement utilizing the short selection process in accordance with FAR 36.602-5. Offer submissions must be bound in a soft-cover folder/binder. Information submitted must not exceed 50 pages double sided. NAICS code 541310 is applicable to this notice. The small business size standard is $7M. Only verified VOSB are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award that is set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business concerns in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74.
