Description

Cover Letter, Quote Worksheet and Statement of Work. The US Probation Office, Central District of California, seeks maintenance services for breath alcohol testing divices, for the following LifeLoc Technologies, Inc. equipment: FC20, Breath Alcohol Tester, 38 each. This is a request for open market pricing. All items must be quoted FOB Destination. A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Please submit a quotation in accordance wit the attached Statement of Work (SOW), by using the attached Quotation Worksheet. Quotes must be received no later than Thursday, October 31, 2013, Noon, 12:00 p.m. PT, to the address reference below. Hand carried quotes are to be delivered by the same time to the same location.
