Description

SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System proposes to negotiate a noncompetitive award with Millipore Corporation for the provision of the annual preventive maintenance plan for the Millipore Purification System. Millipore Corporation is the manufacturer of the Millipore Water Purification System and is solely responsible for its maintenance as well as replacement parts. This award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations: however, companies that believe they can fulfill the requirement may provide a written response to this notice and provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition. All submissions should be sent to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than 11-4-2013, referencing Solicitation Number VA256-14-1-0101 by 1:00 p.m. (CST).
