- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest for the following leased space: State: Rhode Island City: Providence -Cranston - Warwick Areas Delineated Area: SOUTH - Rt 115 (Toll Gate Road) Warwick easterly along Rt 117; EAST - 117A/1A Warwick (Sandy Lane to Warwick Ave) to 1A (Broad St to Eddy St) crossing Point St bridge easterly to Rt 1A South Main St, Providence then northerly to Smith Street; NORTH - Smith Street westerly to I-95. WEST - I-95 South to Broad St, to Elmwood Ave following Rt 2 southerly to the intersection of Rt 115 (Toll Gate Road). Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,273 Maximum Sq. Ft.
