- This is a solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be submitted on or about November 15, 2013. The method of procurement will be Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. The Offerors shall have the NAICS Code listed in www.sam.gov (formerly www.ccr.gove ) and shall be listed in the Online Representations Certification Application (ORCA). The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to procure a Special Response Team Training Contractor. The contractor must have the capability to coordinate and provide all SRT training services, have flexible work schedule for travel in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Contractor MUST be available. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to include the daily rate, per hour, travel expenses on an annual basis. The contract will be awarded by using Best Value evaluations. ALL proposals must reference the solicitation number. Submission of proposals will be identified in the RFP document.
