- The purpose of this Announcement is to advertise the government's intent to add the following four items to Contract number SPRBL1-13-D-0020: 1. NSN: 2510-01-598-1459; P/N: L31-24000; Housing, Sensor Unit with Windows 2. NSN: 6150-01-556-4310, P/N: L31-23200; Internal Cable Harness, Sensor Unit 3. NSN: 6150-01-556-4305, P/N: L31-32300; Internal Cable Harness, Signal Comparator Module 4. NSN: 5810-01-561-3121, P/N: L31-38000; Security Key The DLAD 52.216-9006 ADDITION/DELETION OF ITEMS (AUG 2005) will be added to the original contract. The Add-on procedures under this clause will be followed. The scope of this contract is for all NSNs managed by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) related to the end-item application. These NSNs fall under the scope. There will be no separate solicitation issued for this action. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(I). Approved Source: Bren-Tronics, Inc. (CAGE Code 51828). Original contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
