GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: YUCCA VALLEY Delineated Area: Commercial properties with frontage on Twenty Nine Palms Hwy (Route 62) between Kickapoo Trail (West) and Yucca Mesa Rd / La Contenta Rd (East) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,845 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,085 Space Type: Office, Retail, or Light Industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Reserved (includes 1 handicap space) Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Contiguous space located on ground floor with separate entrances for clients and employees. Building to have frontage on Twenty Nine Palms Highway. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
