Ft. (ABOA): 4,845 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,085 Space Type: Office, Retail, or Light Industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Reserved (includes 1 handicap space) Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): None Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Contiguous space located on ground floor with separate entrances for clients and employees.
