- Requirement description is expanded as follows: Food service at two (2) dining facilities and maintenance of buildings (Dining Halls) and food service equipment. Duties include, but are not limited to, purchasing all food and supplies, full food preparation, cooking, and serving food. Requirement also includes cleaning kitchen and dining facilities. Contractor shall also perform maintenance of both buildings and food service equipment by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and part purchasing.
