Description
The General Services Administration currently occupies 2919 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of office space in Coraopolis, PA. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option at the current location using other than full and open competition. The Government is considering alternative space only if economically advantageous to the Government and only if all space requirements can be met. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The rentable office space must yield 2919 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of office space for use by the Government and shall be contiguous on one (1) floor. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Office space is required by 11/01/2014 and the Government must have termination rights in whole or in part at any time by giving 90 days notice in writing. If properties are submitted in response to this notice, they shall be submitted by the building's owner or authorized legal agent and shall include evidence of authority to act in this capacity. Offered properties shall reference Project No. 9PA2043.
