Description

Justification for Limited Sources and Open Market procurement THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PUPROSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Services, Rocky Mountain Region, Denver Federal Center Service Center awarded a modification to Federal Supply Schedule Task Order GS-10F-0105K/GS-P-08-13-JA-0058, RCRA Facility Investigation for Investigation Areas 04A at Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado, to URS Group, Inc. Modification PS01 is valued at $322,460.39 and incorporates a requirement to conduct additional asbestos surveying at Investigation Area 04F and a camera survey of the drain systems in Buildings 45 and 56 at Denver Federal Center. The modification was awarded to URS Group, Inc. in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C). The modification includes the procurement of Off-Schedule Open Market items. The justification for limiting sources and for the procurement of Off-Schedule Open Market items was prepared in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 and FAR 6.303-2 and is attached here. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 541620, Product Supply Code (PSC) F999.
