- Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA248-14-Q-0086 and is being issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70. This is a 100% set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 332420, Size Standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The new Orlando Lake Nona VA Medical Center is currently being built and in need of a bulk storage system for liquid oxygen. This RFQ is for new equipment and installation. See attached RFQ and attached drawing. Questions regarding this shall be submitted only via email to anita.leitch@va.gov. Questions shall reference the RFQ number in the subject line. Questions must be received no later than November 7, 2013.
