- Please read all requirements carefully before responding to this announcement. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED A REQUEST ON ANNOUNCEMENT # DTFAWN-14-R-00049. THERE IS NO NEED TO REQUEST AGAIN. YOUR COMPANY WILL BE ADDED TO THE BIDDERS MAILING LIST. Sir Description: The Federal Aviation Administration Western-Pacific Region; hereby announces its intent to solicit a Request for Offers (RFO) to provide Janitorial Services at Fresno Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). This is an small business set-aside. Awards resulting from the RFO will give consideration to the: (1) Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer and (2) Offeror ™s past performance. The successful offeror shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary in the performance of the requested services. The solicitation will request pricing for the base period and (4) option years. IMPORTANT NOTE: Contractors must have active registration with System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov before the contract award can be made. Solicitation will only be issued to the Vendors that reply to the announcement by the closing date. Once this announcement has closed, a list of confirmed interested vendor who have returned the business Declaration form will be added to a bidder ™s list. ONLY VENDORS ON THIS LIST WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR THIS SOLICITATION (no exception. The National American Industry Classification System code for this project: 561720 Small Business size in Millions of dollars: $ 16.5 Million Responses to this SIR will be accepted through, November 14, 2013.
