SYNOPSIS for AV Bryan Perimeter Security Improvement project. The full RFP and Scope of Work will be posted on November 15, 2013 *** THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN SET-ASIDE FOR CURRENTLY CERTIFIED HUB-ZONE SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY *** The Government is seeking responsible contractors interested in providing Construction and Design Services at the Albert V. Bryan U.S. Courthouse, located at 401 Courthouse Square, Alexandria, VA 22314. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The services to be performed are the design and construction of the A.V. Bryan U.S. Courthouse Perimeter Security Improvement project. These services include but are not limited to: • Construction Services including Labor, Materials & Management/Supervision • Contract Management • Architect / Engineer Services • Inspections • Warranties and Guarantees The contract will be solicited using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable source selection method found in FAR Part 15. The intent of this contract is to provide for the complete project described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to perform all work required to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 236220. Offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov.
