- Document Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: SNP400-14-R-8929 Classification Code: V- Transportation, travel, & relocation services NAICS Code: 561- Administrative and Support Services/561510 - Travel Agencies Issued By: Department of State, SCA Posts, American Embassy Kathmandu, Nepal Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Kathmandu will launch the solicitation on FedBizOpps. This solicitation is to acquire Travel Management Services with firm fixed price transaction fees for official travel related services to all employees to the U.S. Embassy Kathmandu. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. Anticipated performance is for one base year period with four option years. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation mid November 2013. Again, this solicitation will be issued via FEDBIZOPPS and U.S. Embassy Kathmandu website - no paper copies will be mailed. Note: Please see the solicitation for the actual date.
