Description

Request for Quote Statement of Work Request for Proposal OK Tax Exempt Letter FY 14 GSA Authorization Letter Vendor Information Package Representations & Certifications PO Terms & Conditions Parts 1 & 2 CSC Applied Technologies is contemplating a Service Contract for linen services at Vance Air Force Base, OK to include one (1) base year with three (3) one-year options subject to requirements and availability of funding. For details of requested services, please see attached RFP. When submitting, please send to the primary contact's e-mail address. Vendor agrees that if CSC Applied Technologies, LLC is not awarded a contract for the operation of Vance AFB, OK, the successor contractor will have the option on entering into an agreement between both parties to continue services subject to the availability of funds. Notice: Vance AFB, OK has a policy that all vendor personnel entering the base will be subject to a background check before access is granted. A form will be provided for the request. Requests should be submitted no later than 15 days prior to contract start date.
