- The New Mexico Army National Guard, Santa Fe, NM, has a requirement for Flat Business Line telecommunications services for three months beginning November 4, 2013. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Century Link dba Qwest for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product are welcome to submit specifications of their product/service, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government representatives for consideration for future requirements.
