Description
Additional Information Provided: Anticipated Award Date 1 May 2014, PoP begins 19 June 2014; Contract will be awarded with a Base year and four Option periods. The Solicitation and supporting documents will be posted at a later date. The presolicitation response date is not the solicitation response date. No response to this presolicitation notice is required. It is for information purposes only. The 409th Contracting Support Brigade's Theater Contracting Center in Kaiserslautern, Germany intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to provide victim advocacy services in support of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9, Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Programs, Army Family Advocacy Program (FAP) in Army Community Services (ACS) Centers Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS)(Germany and Benelux). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform victim advocacy services and Emergency Placement Care (EPC) coordination except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The services are in support of the prevention and education of domestic violence under the Army Family Advocacy Program, including 24/7 victim advocacy response and EPC coordination. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The acquisition is unrestricted: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the government. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
