- This is a notice of intent to extend a sole source contract. The U.S. Army Contracting Command- APG Belvoir intends to extend on a sole sources basis an existing Task Order under contract number W15P7T-06-C-M209 with Raytheon Company, 2501 W. University Dr. McKinney, TX 75071-2813. Under the proposed actions, the contractor shall continue to provide the Field Service Representatives (FSR) on site to support the 2GF FLIR program until the follow-on limited competition contract is awarded. A total of three (3) FSRs are being extended; two (2) at Fort Hood, TX and one (1) at Lima Army Tank Plant, Lima, OH. The Period of Performance for this extension is five (5) months from 01 December to 30 April 2013. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. However, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Responses shall be no longer than ten (10) pages and shall be in a Microsoft Word compatible format. The anticipated date of award to extend on a sole source basis the existing SLIN is 30 November 2013. All responders must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFAR 252.204-7004. In addition, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3.
