Description

The Fargo VA Healthcare System anticipates awarding a sole-source procurement to One Lambda, of CANOGA PARK, CA, for the procurement of 'Luminex SSO beads A, B, DRBl, DRB3*4*5, DQA1 locus. Single antigen Class I & Class II beads.' deliverable to Department of Veterans Affairs, Iowa City VA HCS as indicated within the contract documents. NAICS code # 424210, applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 6 November 2013.
