- 14-PSC-MK-SS-000002 14-PSC-MK-SS-000002- Attachment 1 This is a sources sought notice only. This is NOT a solicitation, request for proposal (RFP), proposal abstracts, nor a request for quotations (RFQ). The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all Small Businesses who can perform the requirements described below under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement. These are commercial services under the applicable NAICS code is 561510, with a size standard of $19.0 million. This notice is issued to help determine the availability of qualified Small Business companies technically capable of meeting the Government requirement, and to determine if this requirement may be set aside for Small Businesses. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents to this notice. The notice is strictly for market research and information purposes only. This notice will close at 3:00 pm Eastern on November 15, 2013. All Small Businesses with the capability and availability to perform the requirement as described below under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this Notice.
