- Description
- The US Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded solicitation DU205NC-13-R-0001, Insurance Endorsement Processing Services Program for the Santa Ana Homeownership Center (SAHOC) as a single-award combination type Firm-fixed-price/Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to NOVAD Management Consulting LLC, 8181 Professional Place, Suite 208, Landover, MD 20785. The Insurance Endorsement Processing Services Program requires the contractor to provide Insurance Endorsement Processing Services (IEPS) for HUD at the SAHOC. The contractor must provide IEPS, along with data entry functions on a daily basis at the SAHOC. The contractor must complete case binder and data review, then endorsed or Notice of Returned entered into Federal Housing Administration Connection (FHAC) within three days of case assignment. The duration of the contract period is five years, and the contract maximum quantity is 401,917 insurance endorsements. The government will issue task orders against the basic contract for insurance endorsement processing services. The government procured the services according to FAR Subpart 19.8-Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program), and awarded the procurement on the basis of competition according to FAR 19.805-Competitive 8(a).
